Launch of Om: The Podcast 🎙

I’m so excited to officially announce the launch of Om: The Podcast, now available on Spotify!

This podcast has been a long time in the making — born out of curiosity, personal healing, and a desire to bring more grounded, evidence-informed conversations into the yoga and wellness world.


When I first began teaching yoga, I believed deeply in the power of movement and mindfulness. But when I was later diagnosed with PTSD, I found myself searching for a deeper understanding of how our brains and bodies respond to stress and treatments. That journey led me into neuroscience and trauma research.


Along the way, I started noticing something: many of the claims I heard in the wellness space sounded promising— but not all of them were supported by science. Om: The Podcast is a product of my curiosity and desire to share a deeper understanding of the benefits of yoga, meditation and other wellness practices.


Each episode explores a topic from yoga or wellness, common claims about their benefits and modern research — from meditation and nervous system regulation to sound, breath, and the subtle art of rest. And I'll be bringing on the occasional guest who can share their expertise and experience.


The heart of this project: curiosity, kindness, and grounded inquiry. Together, we’ll ask not just what works, but why it works — and how we can bring more truth, compassion, and integrity to the way we approach wellness.✨
