Attending the WNorth Conference in Whistler was a turning point for me. The energy was electric, surrounded by inspiring women and successful entrepreneurs sharing their stories and insights. It was more than just a networking event; it was a moment of clarity. I realized that to fully step into my purpose, I need to focus on what truly matters. This means making some difficult decisions about how I spend my time and energy moving forward.

Reflecting on the WNorth Experience
The WNorth Conference brought together a community of driven women who are passionate about their work and impact. Listening to their journeys, I felt a deep sense of connection and motivation. The stories of resilience, innovation, and leadership sparked new ideas and a fresh perspective on my own path.
One key takeaway was the importance of clarity in purpose. When you know what matters most, it becomes easier to say no to distractions and yes to meaningful opportunities. This insight has reshaped how I view my work with OM: The Practice.
Changes I’m Making to Focus on What Matters Most
After much thought, I’ve decided to make some significant changes to my offerings and how I engage with my community. These changes are designed to help me refine my work and deliver greater value.
Ending Live Virtual Classes
It has been a full year since I started offering live virtual classes. I am proud of the consistency and connection built through these sessions. However, I have decided to close subscriptions and stop offering live classes. This will allow me to focus on developing deeper, more impactful programs.
Phasing Out Studio Teaching
Teaching yoga in studios has been a rewarding experience. It helped me keep my skills sharp and connect with students face-to-face. Still, I need to prioritize refining my core program and building partnerships with organizations that can benefit from my expertise. This means gradually stepping back from studio teaching.
Launching Argus: The Protocol Pilot
One of the most exciting developments is the upcoming launch of Argus: The Protocol. This nervous system resiliency training program is designed specifically for first responders and public safety personnel. It addresses the unique stressors they face and offers tools to build resilience and well-being.
