Trauma-Informed, Accessible Yoga
My philosophy is that there is something in yoga for every body. Some people turn to yoga to seek a sense of connection, some want to sweat and build strength. Still others want to learn to meditate, or work towards an advanced pose.
Maybe you are an avid cyclist/runner/athlete looking to bring a complementary movement practice to your sport. Maybe your doctor or loved one has been encouraging you to try yoga for years. Maybe you want to take your practice to the next level and work towards an advanced pose. Or perhaps you just want to feel strong and confident playing with your grandkids.

My joy is connecting you with the untapped potential of your OM.

Choose you
When I am invited to share in a client's Practice, I recognize it for the privilege that it is. When you invest in private instruction you are investing in your wellbeing. With the variety of offerings that I can incorporate into your Practice, you can meet your body and mind where its at each day.

Do you need to exert some fire and get your sweat on? Strength building Vinyasa might fit the bill.

Are you stressed and overstimulated from a busy day? A down-regulating Yin session will help soothe your body, so you can take steps to tame racing thoughts.

Take the first step to choosing you.
Inclusive, Trauma-Informed Yoga
When I build a Practice together with a client, I want each client to feel welcome so they can realize the potential of what yoga has to offer them. Each of us bring our unique selves to the mat, bodies minds and experiences. The beauty of the Practice is that your mat will always be there to embrace you. If you invite me to help build your Practice, so will I.

Come as you are.
