Exploring ayahuasca plant medicine in my latest podcast episode


Ayahuasca is a powerful plant medicine with a long history of use in indigenous Amazonian cultures. It has gained attention worldwide for its potential to support deep healing and personal transformation. I have never used ayahuasca, but knew I needed to understand why it has become such a popular cultural export of Central America, and why it has become so popular in the Western yoga world. In my newest podcast episode, I share my findings about the physiological effects of ayahuasca, the potential health benefits - and risks. After months of development, I’m thrilled to announce the upcoming launch of my corporate wellness programming. These offerings focus on practical strategies to reduce stress, improve focus, and educate participants to take charge of their health - starting with their nervous system. My suite of offerings include my signature workshop, movement and meditation, designed to be delivered and integrated to support an ongoing culture of wellness at any workplace. The goal is to create a culture where wellness is part of the daily rhythm, not just an occasional event.


I’ve designed the program to be flexible and accessible, for companies and organizations in the lower mainland of BC.
