This 4 hour mini-retreat experience offers not only a relaxation for the day, but research-backed tools and techniques from neuroscience to support your nervous system that you can take with you. Participants can expect a half day of movement, meditation, and lecture in a studio environment. No experience with yoga is needed to participate and benefit.
